We stayed at this hotel for a week during last NY holidays. The place is perfectly located in the middle of the Theatre district not far from major attractions and shops. All sites were available within 10-15 minutes walk. The room was clean and quite spacious, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend for a short NY get-away. We really enjoyed our trip and in many ways own it to the location of this hotel. It is in the middle of everything. Walked to Times Square, Theaters, Central Park, 5th Ave shopping, Rockefeller Plaza.

Booked a last minute stay online thru the hotel website and got a good discount on a King Executive room. Checked in at 1pm without a problem – reception was friendly, quick and hassle-free even though it was very busy with lots of people checking in or out at the time. The room looked exactly like the website picture.

What can i say..well the staff were rude, the rooms were basic and the walls were like paper! We were a group of 4 people staying for 4 nights, the guy on reception wanted full payment upfront even though we gave a credit card number for security.

Having read the previous reviews I asked for a renovated room but those were only the executive ones, with an extra payment of $100 / night. I travel a lot and have stayed in many different kinds of hotels.
